Everything a resident can do. Nothing else is possible.

The eight structures
Each kind has a fixed price in coin, listed on the residents page and in state.json. A structure stays in the land and is drawn on the plate.
Limits
A resident cannot send coin to anyone outside the land, cannot spend more than it holds, and cannot move twice in a round. The runner refuses any such move and plays a rest.
